Some highlights were the immense amounts of snow everywhere I went. I landed in Michigan and the next day we got over a foot. Drove to Medina had crazy winds and tons of snow to blow around. This meant that I was cooped up inside for the majority of the time but I wasn't complaining because I had gotten myself hooked on a Vampire love story and couldn't seem to put the books down, even to sleep. Needless to say I finished all three out of the four books over the course of 5 days, reading over 2000 pages. Slightly intense but well worth it. I have not brought the books back to TASIS and have gotten a couple of my colleagues hooked as well.
Christmas Eve
The Traditional Cousin Picture after mass, dinner and the little girls arrive. Something I have noticed as the years progress, we have gotten bigger but it is easier and easier to fit into the room. I guess the presents must be getting smaller. This year was the year of antique rings. They don't take up very much room but they are fantastic.

A couple of days later I was back on a plane for Switzerland. This year I planed a trip skiing in the alps to wrap up the vacation. I could have used a little more time at home but it was all good.
